After a four-year hiatus we are proud to announce the second offering of the High Performance Computing and Networking Conference (HPCN 2023) in the Philippines this coming November 24, 2023 at the Marikina Convention Center in Marikina City, Philippines. HPCN is the premiere local forum for collaboration and exchange among scientists, academicians, systems and network engineers, and other practitioners in areas of high-performance computing (HPC), advanced networking and computational science.
